I have been training with Cate for the last 4 years, and in those 4 years I have trained for multiple different reasons. Getting that wedding body, maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle, and getting in the best shape possible prior to pregnancy and then training through my pregnancy. My next adventure with cate will be getting that body back after pregnancy, and I cannot wait to start! Training with Cate is more than just a workout, it’s more like therapy while getting my butt kicked. Cate pushes me outside of my comfort zone and helps me to achieve my goals both physically and mentally. Her knowledge and experience is so inspiring and makes for a very supportive and strong training approach. Cate is such an inspiration and mentor to me, and I feel so lucky to have such a great relationship with her, even if she’s forcing me to do 3 minute wall sits.
