MY APPROACH WITH NUTRITION IS THROUGH A HOLISTIC-INTEGRATIVE LENS FOCUSING ON THE WHOLE PERSON.
My goal with this method of nutrition coaching is to simplify nutrition and leave clients feeling confident that they are fueling their bodies with the nutrients needed for optimal health and performance. I do not believe in “one size fits all” dieting, but rather focus on each person’s individual needs, unique life and body. Through education, meal planing, and habit building, we will set you on the path for sustainable and lasting results.
I spent decades exploring my own personal wellness through education, food, experimenting with my own diet, trying new things, learning what works and what doesn’t work (sometimes the hard way), and research with hundreds of clients. I’ve been able to heal my own gut and hormonal issues, mood disorders, been able to achieve athletically, and found my happiness all because of healing nutrition. I feel so proud to be able to set a simple and healthy nutrition example for my own growing children and to be able to help as many others as I can by sharing the knowledge I have gained from experience.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION
→ This is a single session option to review client’s current diet, health issues, food morals, lifestyle, goals and aspirations.
→ The client will receive feedback and general guidelines to achieve better health and performance through nutrition, and explore options moving forward.
→ Meetings take place via video call, and last 45 minutes.
NUTRITION COACHING
→ This option includes the Nutrition Consultation, followed by a continued coaching plan. We will determine what goals you want to achieve and set forward actionable steps, with my guidance. Accountability will be built in through check-ins.
→ Each coaching session will include write-ups covering all the information discussed in sessions, as well as any tools we are implementing within the program. Sessions are 45 minutes in length, and happen twice a month.
→ To maintain integrity to with such personalized programs, I prefer to work with nutrition clients for a minimum of three months. Finding healthy balance in lifestyle habits takes time, and for lasting results the process should not be rushed.
→ Sessions and check-ins take place virtually.
