We all have different needs, enjoy different types of foods and have access to different ingredients — so that means we shouldn’t all follow the same diet! Results take work and commitment, and it is important to have realistic expectations. But setting out on a journey of creating new habits and allowing yourself to discover what works best for you, is so worth it!
