SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

→ Then semi-private sessions would be a great option! Workouts will be geared towards group support and camaraderie.
→ Choose from gym training, outdoor fitness, virtual/at home, athletic training, anything! All sessions can be customized to fit the groups needs and desires.
