Coconut Maca Energy Bites πŸ™Œ

First off, let’s talk about Maca. This superfood from Peru is AMAZING.

 
 

Uses of Maca include: Helps with acne, stamina, fights fatigue, insomnia, depression, boosts energy, enhances libido in both men and women, low sperm count, hormone balancer, adrenal gland function, high in potassium and calcium, and more!

Making your own energy bites at home is cost effective, tastes better, and is quite simple. This is a new favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 4 TBSP Maca Powder

  • 1 1/2 Cup Cashews

  • 20 dried pitted dates

  • 3/4 Cup shredded coconut 

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 TBSP cacao powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until mixture is well blended and sticky. Dough should hold together when creating balls, but if it does not, add a 1 tsp of water at a time until it does. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on pan lined with parchment paper. Put in the freezer until dough stiffens. Enjoy!
