Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Are you ready to have your pudding (and eat it too)? 🤎 Grab a spoon, and take a bite.

This Chocolate Avacado Pudding is made with heavenly whole foods: melt-in-your-mouth avocados, antioxidant-packed cocoa powder, and naturally sweet dates. Plus, it’s so simple to whip up.  

Makes 2-3 Servings - You can adjust recipe serving sizes for leftovers (and company!) in your menu.

 
 

Ingredients:

  • Avocado 2

  • Dates 10

  • Cocoa or cacao powder 1/3 cup

  • Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk 3 tbsp

  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Directions:

  1. Remove the skin from the avocado(es), remove the pit and cut into small pieces. Make sure the dates are free of pits. For easier blending, soak the dates for a few minutes in water; then, drain them.

  2. Blend the dates, avocado, cocoa powder, unsweetened non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Add more milk as needed. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours to cool. Enjoy it plain or with fresh berries on top!
