A-MAZ-ING Easy Cacao Brownies (Gluten Free / With Vegan Options)

 
 

This recipe is a family favorite. It can be made super fast, with lots of different ingredient options. It’s ok to have a sweet tooth....Just make yourself something on the healthier side!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, or flax egg to make vegan

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp ghee or melted coconut oil(V)

  • 1/2 cup unrefined sugar, coconut sugar or honey/agave

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour or any other flour you like

  • 3/4 cacao powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small glass baking dish with coconut oil(we used a 9x9 dish). Mix wet ingredients first, then add dry ingredients until smooth. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
